Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all coffee sold by The Lords Brew is considered a perishable food item.

1. Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on coffee once it has been opened or delivered, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • The wrong product
  • Damaged packaging
  • Coffee that is faulty or unfit for consumption

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email], including:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence where possible

We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including standard delivery costs, in line with your statutory rights.

3. Change of Mind (Unopened Products)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it only if the product is unopened and in its original, sealed condition.

To be eligible:

  • The coffee must be unopened, unused, and sealed
  • You must notify us in writing within 14 days

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

4. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Opened coffee
  • Coffee returned outside the 14-day period
  • Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery

5. Refund Method

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
